Terms of Service

Last updated 11 July 2026

These terms govern your use of SuperMailOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

SuperMailOS provides managed business email on your own domain: we run the mail server and handle deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation) so your email reaches the inbox. You bring a domain; we operate the infrastructure behind it.

SuperMailOS is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis while we grow it.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the service.

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service only for lawful purposes.

3. Acceptable use

Email deliverability depends on shared sending infrastructure, so misuse by one customer can harm every customer. You agree not to use the service to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), or operate mailing lists without documented consent.

Send unlawful, fraudulent, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.

Send on behalf of third parties in a way that evades our abuse controls.

We monitor for abuse and sending anomalies. To protect deliverability for everyone, SuperMailOS may rate-limit, pause, or suspend sending — including automatically — where we detect abuse or a compromised account.

4. Billing

Paid plans are priced per mailbox. Aliases are free. Plans start with a free trial; you are not charged until you choose a paid plan.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects payment and handles applicable VAT/sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — including a money-back guarantee on your first payment — and by your statutory rights.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the email and data you send, receive, and store through the service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you — transmitting, storing, and processing your mail to deliver it.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy at supermailos.com/privacy.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep SuperMailOS running, but during beta we do not offer a formal uptime SLA. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate the service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

On termination we will, on request and where feasible, provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperMailOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
