01 How we monitor

Watched on our side, continuously.

Our mail infrastructure includes these checks. The snapshot above is updated manually and does not confirm that every check is currently running:

Sending-IP reputation and reverse DNS are checked for blocklist status and correct PTR records.
Each connected domain's DNS is re-verified on a schedule, so record drift is caught before it affects mail.
Aggregate DMARC reports are collected and parsed so authentication failures surface quickly.
Inbound TLS is enforced with MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT reports flag any negotiation failures.
