How we monitor
Because we run the mail server, the signals that matter are watched on our side, continuously:
- Sending-IP reputation and reverse DNS are checked for blocklist status and correct PTR records.
- Each connected domain's DNS is re-verified on a schedule, so record drift is caught before it affects mail.
- Aggregate DMARC reports are collected and parsed so authentication failures surface quickly.
- Inbound TLS is enforced with MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT reports flag any negotiation failures.
