What counts as a mailbox?

A mailbox is one real inbox with its own address and login — you@yourdomain.com. Aliases (sales@, hello@, info@ that forward into a mailbox) are unlimited and free on every plan, so you only pay for actual people.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Nothing is charged automatically during the trial — no card required to start. When you're ready, pick a plan to keep sending. If you don't, your mailboxes simply pause; your mail is never deleted.

Do you really handle deliverability?

Yes — that's the whole point. We run the mail server and manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation and warmup for you, so your email lands in the inbox instead of spam. You just point your domain and go.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime, self-serve. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans are billed yearly; monthly plans month to month.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in USD, excluding tax. Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record, which calculates and handles VAT / sales tax at checkout based on your location.
